Finance Business Partner in Redditch - 45 - 50k 10% Bonus Do you enjoy interacting with the commercial and operational teams to provide critical business information and analysis? With the drive and ambition to influence change within an organisation that are lacking support from their commercial finance teams? Gleeson Recruitment Group are working with a Retail organisation in Redditch who are looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner with a specific focus of partnering with owning the management accounts and providing detailed insight to the Regional Directors. As the Finance Business Partner you will be involved in: Support the Commercial Director and wider UK Sales team with sales and margin analysis and reporting Validate Direct Sales assumption within business case proposals Validate and reconcile monthly sales and margin forecasts Support the management accounts production, providing detailed insight Take the Finance lead in monthly Board and leadership meetings Prepare monthly Sales analysis for inclusion in the monthly review presentation Communicate financial measures to non-financial stakeholders Challenge business's cases and sales promotion plans Business Partner with Operational heads and support with individual branch analysis Any other ad-hoc duties as requested by the Head of Finance Is the Finance Business Partner in Redditch role right for you? The organisation are a well-known multi site service provider who operate nationally with over 100 sites and ambitious plans to grow further. The role requires a Qualified Accountant with a business partnering background to own the management accounts prodcution and provide an effective business partnering service to the Regional teams. The role would suit somebody who is Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA with a willingness to investigate and provide recommendations on how to improve, alongside demonstrable experience influencing non finance and challenging with accurate financial information to support change and ultimately drive growth. We're looking for someone who wants to progress, and will have the opportunity to step into a Finance Manager role (leading a team of 4/5) within 12 months and as the business grows start to delegate their month end responsibilities and focus on just Business Partnering.
