Overview
Social Worker Search Consultancy are currently looking for experienced Children's Social Workers for Middlesbrough Council's Pathways (Leaving Care) Service. This role is on a contract basis starting as soon as possible. Pay rate: Up to £235 per day Key responsibilities: Completing pathway plans Promoting independent living skills for people aged between 16 - 21 years leaving care, which involves achieving appropriate accommodation, training, education and employment Managing a high caseload Statutory reviews Employment assessments Duty work Managing the leaving care grant Essential Requirements: Social Work England registration Eligible to work in the UK Hold a full UK licence Post-qualified experience This role is subject to Social Work England, DBS and reference checks.
