Financial Controller- Sale- £35,000 Benefits An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Financial Controller to join a forward thinking property business in the heart of South Manchester. You will be part of an enthusiastic team responsible for overseeing and performing all functions of a property management accounts team. You will undertake monitoring of accounts matters, providing advice and support to the team whilst being final sign off for reporting and procedures. The ideal candidate would have experience in a similar role and although property industry experience would be advantageous it is not essential. Business acumen is essential as well as being a whiz at Excel, VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables and Conditional Formatting. The financial controller will be a self motivator with a methodical approach and excellent problem solving skills. Macros and IF statements would be advantageous. Some essential interpersonal skills for the ideal candidate include analytical ability, excellent communication and organization skills. Duties: Reporting weekly, monthly & quarterly to institutional investors on portfolio performance Reconciliations Quality checking Auditing Analysing customer accounts and problem solving Ensuring deadlines are met Recommending improvements to processes and developing exception reports Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
