Overview
Night Senior Care Assistant Chester £10.95 per hour plus paid handover DMD Recruitment are working in partnership with a prestigious care home provider to recruit an experienced Night Senior Care Assistant for their reputable care home in Chester. The care home opened in 2018 and received an 'Outstanding’ rating in one KLOE with an overall rating of 'Good’ within their first CQC Inspection. The home is registered to provide care and support to older people with residential, dementia and nursing care needs to older people across two floors. As Night Senior Care Assistant, your role will include, however not limited to: Take the lead of residential care throughout the night Provide leadership, guidance and support to the care team Manage and allocate duties to the team Ensure the delivery of personalised care is to the highest standard Provide supervision, coaching and assessment to care assistants Ensure all reports and documentation are accurate updated and complete Assist Home Manager with regular quality audits of care plans Be a positive role model for the team To join this excellent team in Chester, you will have: Current experience working as a Senior Care Assistant in a care home Experience caring for older people with residential and dementia care needs Confident leading and managing a care team Good knowledge of CQC, minimum care standards and the 6 principles of care NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care Medication Trained In return for your hard work and commitment, you will receive: A competitive hourly rate of £10.95 per hour plus paid Handover Bank Holiday Enhancements / Christmas Bonuses Excellent induction programme Recognition Awards Ongoing support, training and career development opportunities This is a full time, permanent opportunity working 3 nights one week, 4 nights the following week (39.38 hours per week). Shifts start at 7.45pm and finish at 8am.
