Overview
We are looking for compassionate, proactive, and enthusiastic individuals to provide individualised support on a relief basis to people with learning disabilities and/or autism at our purpose built supported living services across Doncaster. You will work to support the tenants with daily tasks and promote independence whilst enabling our service users to enjoy a fulfilling and valued lives. You will encourage service users to participate in and contribute to their local community and to develop their abilities as fully as possible. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v7Qk9boeqfPc You will support tenants to maximise their sense of wellbeing and independence through tailored, ongoing care and support. You will work to make a positive difference to tenants’ lives by supporting them with everyday activities, enabling them to have a more fulfilled and valued life. You will help facilitate tenants to engage with their local community and utilise opportunities for personal development. A variety of hours and shifts can be offered to suit your availability.
