Overview
Well-established but expanding law firm require an additional Private Client Solicitor/Fee Earner (0-3PQE) to be based in their York office. You will handle the full range of private client matters, including; wills, probate administration, court of protection, power of attorney, tax and trusts. You will also be expected to take an active role in networking and business development and to generate new clients and contacts as well as maintaining current relationships. Candidates seeking part time hours should also apply. You will need: To be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2 years experience handling the full range of private client matters - wills, probate administration, court of protection, power of attorney, tax and trusts. Good business development/marketing skills, Excellent client care skills, To be a team player.
