Role: Production Operative - No Experience Required Location: Towcester Hours of work: Shift pattern of 12 hours; two days two nights and four days off Salary: £24,661-26,114 In order to be successful as a production operative you must: Be able to drive Have good manual dexterity Be Computer literate Work the shift pattern Please ensure you meet the above criteria in order to be considered for this role, without these four criteria you will not be successful. Job function: In this role you will be responsible for performing manufacturing operations within the manufacturing team, no experience necessary full training will be provided. Duties will include: Working in a face paced environment Working with chemicals Using equipment to help with duties Working in a laboratory Key responsibilities: Working individually and as part of a team Ensure targets are met Liaising with managers, coordinators and team members Following safety procedures Production and manufacturing work experience is an advantage.
