A brand new standalone role, where you will take on the HR function implementing processes and procedure for the business. Client Details My client is a global engineering company based in North Bristol, looking for a HR Generalist to kick start their HR team Description · Maintain employee HR records, on boarding guides and handbooks as required for the business · Provide reports and analyzing employee market behavior and trends · Identify resourcing requirements · Provide HR related assistance to the business · Create regular reports on HR metrics · Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information · Handle all on boarding, induction and contract requirements · Book meeting rooms, arrange and support the interview process · Be responsible for employee leaver management and support · Assist with Health & Safety requirements · Be willing to set up new improved procedures to help shape the business management of HR related activities · Management of recruitment requirement Profile · Previous HR administration experience · Previous recruitment experience · Recognised HR qualification would be desirable · Confident, reliable and personable · Must be honest and discreet · Organised with the ability to multi task · Strong MS Office skills · A common-sense approach to the role · Analytical ability with a keen eye for detail · Great communication skills Job Offer Full time Permanent Progression Free on site parking Great range of benefits
