Overview
A well-established Claims Management company has a number of new opportunities to join their established business starting on a temporary basis with a view to being made permanent after probation. You will proactively contact customers to offer a range of services and manage their claims providing mobility and repair and salvage services working on behalf of a major Insurer. You will liaise with third party suppliers to ensure claims are settled in a timely fashion. To be considered you will ideally have existing motor claims, credit hire or third party capture experience. Candidates with sales and customer service experience may also be considered. You must have excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and offer swift resolutions to problems.
