Job Description: As a Quality Assurance Leader you will be responsible for auditing, monitoring and evaluating quality systems and procedures, providing technical support for the operational teams while maintaining and promoting technical and quality standards in line with business need and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: Ensuring company, customer and legislative requirements are met by setting standards and monitoring good manufacturing practices. Audit compliance Supporting NPD trials and product launches Coordinating and delivering Technical KPI’s Completing product testing Supporting the factory teams by providing technical support and advice What we are looking for: Interest and passion for the food industry Strong communicator Keen eye for detail Full, clean driving license Flexibility to work shifts Salary and Benefits: At Melton Foods, we know how hard graduates work and what a substantial contribution they make to businesses and because of this, we offer the people who join us a very attractive package.
