Overview
I am working with a building maintenance contractor to recruit a Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join the planned maintenance team. You will be working in occupied properties replacing boilers and complete heating systems. The ideal location for the Gas Engineer to be based is Truro or surrounding areas. Duties will include: Replacing boilers Commissioning Relaying pipework Replacing radiators You will need: Plumbing qualifications (NVQ 2 or 3 or City & guilds ) ACS - CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1, HTR1, CKR1 Experience working within a similar role Asbestos awareness Own transport or clean licence Own tools Good communication skills as will be working in occupied properties If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call Michelle Mackie for more information.
