Trading since 1989, e.surv Chartered Surveyors is the UK's number one residential surveyor and the largest provider of property risk expertise and residential surveying services. Right now, we’re looking to recruit even more residential surveyors and registered valuers to our nationwide teams, all of whom are now benefiting from our industry-leading technology. We are now seeking a friendly and approachable person with a passion for customer service and an interest in IT to join our helpdesk team supporting e.surv colleagues nationwide. This is an exciting new role and a great opportunity to assist our IT team, who are passionate about delivering exceptional IT support. The responsibilities: Providing front end support on the helpdesk for all internal colleagues - to manage phone calls and to log tickets Assistance with incident management Problem solving and implementing solutions Setting up user accounts and basic use of Active Directory The person: Motivated and flexible Basic knowledge of PC hardware Knowledge of Microsoft and Windows Server/network knowledge would be beneficial (not mandatory) Broad knowledge of IT If you feel you fit our criteria - please send us your CV and salary expectation for immediate consideration or contact Matthew Siddons for a confidential discussion.
