Helpdesk Support Analyst

To put it into numbers, we complete more than one property inspection every 12 seconds and employ over 600 surveyors from Land’s End to John O’Groats and Northern Ireland. This gives us the flexibility to offer nationwide coverage combined with invaluable local knowledge. We're part of the LSL Property Services PLC Group, which includes household names Your Move and Reeds Rains as well as the mortgage network PRIMIS. We work with lenders, intermediaries, social housing entities and estate agents in addition to private customers. Over the past 30 years, we’ve enjoyed huge success, kick-starting and developing the careers of hundreds of residential surveyors. Right now, we’re looking to recruit even more residential surveyors and registered valuers to our nationwide teams, all of whom are now benefiting from our industry-leading technology. We are now seeking a friendly and approachable person with a passion for customer service and an interest in IT to join our helpdesk team supporting e.surv colleagues nationwide. This is an exciting new role and a great opportunity to assist our IT team, who are passionate about delivering exceptional IT support. The responsibilities: Providing front end support on the helpdesk for all internal colleagues - to manage phone calls and to log tickets Assistance with incident management Problem solving and implementing solutions Setting up user accounts and basic use of Active Directory The person: Motivated and flexible Basic knowledge of PC hardware Knowledge of Microsoft and Windows Server/network knowledge would be beneficial (not mandatory) Broad knowledge of IT If you feel you fit our criteria - please send us your CV and salary expectation for immediate consideration or contact Matthew Siddons for a confidential discussion.
