Contentious Trust and Probate Solicitor - Role Overview The team advises on the full range of issues that arise in relation to an estate or trust from one-off questions to fully contested litigation involving multi-million pound estates. Its work includes challenges to the validity of a will, Inheritance Act claims, proprietary estoppel claims, claims for the repayment of lifetime gifts and international issues. Contentious Trust and Probate Solicitor - Skills and Experience Required The successful candidate will have a strong litigation background with some contentious trust or probate experience, and additionally will: have undertaken or be willing to undertake the ACTAPS Course; display a positive attitude, be self-sufficient and flexible; be analytical, conscientious and attentive to detail; have good communication skills; be commercially aware; be willing to participate in the firm's business development activities; and enjoy working as part of a team.
