This is a modern and dynamic legal business working with some of the leading commercial businesses throughout the UK on a range of matters from Litigation, Corporate, Commercial, Employment and Real Estate. Your new role This expanding law firm are looking to hire a Senior Associate and a Partner into its leading and award winning Litigation team. You will manage a broad range of cases including contract, shareholder and director, property, professional negligence, construction and IP litigation. As a senior member of the litigation team, you will be able to assist with the growth and development of the litigation offering and be able to win new business. What you'll need to succeed You will have at least 5 years commercial litigation experience gained at a respected law firm. You will have a proven track record in commercial litigation matters and be an existing senior member of your current team.
