Overview
Network Support & Provisioning Engineer Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity as a Network Support and Provisioning Engineer working for an MSP based in Derby? You will be a key player in delivering orders and working on customer projects, delivering end-to-end solutions comprising of WAN, LAN, WLAN & Security. You will have a solid grounding in routing, switching, security products and technologies. Responsibilities Provisioning new customer networks - Ethernet LANs & WANs, routers, switches, firewalls Utilise network management tools to support customer networks Define and implement standard network provisioning tasks Define and implement change controls Configure & troubleshoot routers and switches Work with other project teams Skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Time management skills and an ability to prioritize and multi-task People management capabilities Being able to work as part of a team Analytical and customer focused. Core Vendors - Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Meraki Installing and supporting Networking LAN and WAN solutions Certifications/ability - CCNA, JNCIA (although certification is not required) Salary £30,000 - £50,000
