Overview
Service Office Administrator My client are a leader in the Fire and Security Solutions industry. Their office in Hemel Hempstead are seeking an experienced administrator, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service, to join their team on a full time and permanent basis. Providing general administrative support to enable the smooth and effective running of the business, responsibilities include, but not limited to: Management of incoming enquiries, Maintain customer job files, and all information is accurately recorded, Liaise with service and sales departments to ensure all information is shared efficiently, Manage time-sheets and engineer schedules and time-scales, General filing, administration and office duties. Required: Experience within a customer service function Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office Word and Excel Good general background in administration Previous Fire or Security industry knowledge preferable This is a full time and permanent position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 17:00.
