Overview
SF Recruitment are working exclusively with a privately owned, product led manufacturing and distribution business with head-offices based in West Bromwich. Our client is seeking to add a qualified Finance Manager to take ownership and control for all financial reporting and play a key role in business partnering with key stakeholders across the business. Key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to: - Cradle to grave reporting for the financial calendar produced accurately and timely for use by the business - Developing key processes and internal controls - Delivering forecasts and budgets that meet the overall needs of the business and effectively highlighting commercial risks and opportunities - Continuous process improvement - Management of a small finance team Profile: - Professionally qualified (ACA / ACCA /ACMA) with a strong academic record; - Dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills - Experience of a product led organisation - ideally within a stand alone SME Competencies: - Someone that is keen to take on responsibility and showing initiative - Advanced Excel skills - Excellent communication - Strong organisation skills
