Customer Service Consultant Temporary ongoing 40 hours- full time £8.21 Stafforce are seeking a confident polite individual who is attentive and most importantly dependable. Key accountabilities: Answering calls to customers in a polite and timely manner Dealing with enquiries Respond to our customers’ needs Organise time and different duties The right candidate must have: Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment. Front line customer service delivery will have been a feature of your working life to date. You’ll most likely have worked in customer service roles, over the phone and face to face.
