Technical Support Manager - Cambridge - £60,000 plus OTE We are helping one of the UK's brightest companies redefine how companies and consumers engage with data and how machine learning can improve the lives of everyone. 2019 was a year of impressive growth and they have even bigger plans in 2020. To help them keep their growth on track they now need a Technical Support Manager to join their team in Cambridge. You will lead a high performing technical support and DevOps team. You will ensure smooth day to day running of the team but be willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved in some technically challenging cases. To be a successful Technical Support Manager, the ideal candidate will have: Strong experience of working in a Support or Technical Operations team Good knowledge of SaaS software Excellent knowledge of Linux and SQL Experience of DevOps and Agile Experience of leading and managing a team of engineers Experience of operational reporting to the wider business Confident communication skills What is in it for you?
