Overview

White Label are proud to be working with an established and growing engineering business in the Bradford area who are looking to recruit a Electrical Engineer. The purpose of this role is to design program test and commission electrical control systems suitable for use with all company products. Duties The interpretation of customer electrical specifications after the point of sale. Involving direct customer contact by email ,phone or face to face Designing electrical control systems based on technical interpretation Producing electrical bills of material required to manufacture to customer specification. Liaising with and co-ordinating panel building companies at all stages (quotation to delivery) Updating and maintaining drawings to be consistent and accurate Interaction with the electrical design and mechanical engineers to ensure engineering continuity on products. Design, documentation, testing of PLC / HMI software In house testing of all new electrical control systems Onsite commissioning and start-up of all company products. Experience required Educated to a minimum ONC/ HNC level in Electrical Engineering AutoCAD proficient PLC / HMI programming literate (Rockwell / Siemens) Technical documentation creation Automation principles and their safe and effective application 2 Years’ experience designing / programming / commissioning electrical control systems Benefits My client is offering an attractive salary of £36,000-£40,000 DOE. 25 days holiday bank holidays 37.5 hours working week - flexible working around core hours Up to 15% bonus Pension Please apply for immediate consideration
