At the bottom of this role advert, you’ll find more information on why you’ll enjoy working with us… Job Description Our Fund Solutions area of the business, which operates out of multiple Link locations including Leeds, London, Dublin and Luxembourg, with £75bn of assets and circa 500 people, is looking for a Product Governance Senior Associate in the London office. As part of a team of five, reporting into the Product Governance Manager, you will be responsible for the regulatory reporting and monitoring of the funds as well as preparing agreements with platforms for distribution of the range. The primary function of the role is: • Preparation and maintenance of platform agreements in conjunction with the platform provider, the investment managers and internal departments within Link Fund Solutions. • Preparation and delivery of Funds Value Assessment reports including the evaluation of internal and external reports for the production • Monitoring and reporting of fund distribution via platforms and other distributor Also supporting the Product Governance team with the following: • Production of periodic Management Information for various Link Fund Solutions committees • Maintenance of the Link Fund Solutions website and any associated regulatory documents • Preparation and reporting of ongoing fund reviews • Monitoring of Ongoing Charges Figures on a monthly basis • Preparation and oversight of MiFID II,PRIIPs, Solvency II and other regulatory reports Qualifications Required: • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal • Attention to detail • Team orientated approach • An innovative outlook, with the ability to look for change and continuous improvement • Ability to work to deadlines and to also be able to deal with a high volume workload • Good interpersonal skills are essential when liaising with internal and external stakeholders • Experience of working in an FCA-regulated firm in the financial services industry Desirable: • Project management experience • Knowledge of the FCA regulatory requirements applying to regulated financial services firms in the UK • Knowledge of the FCA regulatory requirements applying to Authorised Collective Investment Schemes, NURS and QIS • Legal skills would be helpful for reviewing documents and maintenance of policies to FCA rules Additional Information Link Group’s purpose statement 'Together we achieve’ reflects how much we value working together: with each other; with our clients; and with third parties, to help everyone achieve success - both personal and professional We have an ongoing commitment to career progression, training and education as well as a competitive compensation and benefits package that under pins this.
