Overview
OUTLINE We are currently recruiting for experienced Medical Receptionists to join a busy and lively Medical Practice in the Telford area on a temp to perm basis. If you have Receptionist experience and you are immediately available then please apply now THE JOB ROLE General Administration Answering incoming calls. Booking and re-arranging patient appointments. Liaising with Doctors. Registration of new Patients. Dealing with confidential information. Working in a fast paced environment. On going temporary role. Using EMIS & DocMan System EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS You will be happy working in fast paced environment. A current DBS Check. Good PC Skills required. Excellent communicator with the ability to act with compassion and empathy. THE PACKAGE Hours of work are Monday -Friday 8:00am- 6pm, with weekend work available. A temp to perm position An hourly rate of £8.72 per hour Working within a small and friendly medical practice Free parking and onsite facilities.
