Contracts Manager Civils Job - Sussex Your new company:. The company are a well known and knowledgeable civils, groundwork and concrete frame contractor, who are well known for their outstanding dedication to each project they work on. They pride themselves on their motivation to finishes projects to a high standard, and this has allowed them to build strong relationships in the Construction industry with both clients and main contractors. Your new role: Overseeing a variety of interesting projects in the Sussex area (and surroundings), working closely alongside the Director and your Site Managers. What you'll need to succeed: In order to be successful, you will need the ability to liaise and motivate your site managers, sub-contractors both professionally and effectively along with working well within a team. You will need a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role for a company who deals in similar works (civil/concrete frame/ground works), plus be able to demonstrate experience of the following: - Appointing and managing sub-contractors; assessing progress; planning of on time delivery; ability to problem solve and ensure the smooth running of your sites - Overseeing the planning of works across multiple sites both on site and commercially. - Ensuing that Health & Safety standards are met across all sites What you'll get in return: In return you will receive a chance to work for a well established company, with the potential of extension.
