Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial property solicitor with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE to join a successful firm in Orpington. Working as part of the Commercial Property Team, your role will involve dealing with a wide range of matters including the acquisition and disposal of land and commercial properties, landlord and tenant, preparation of leases, licenses to assign, property finance and management of portfolios.
