Job Description Principal Teacher - PKC06474 £47,013 (Subject to job-sizing) Dunning Primary School The Principal Teacher role in Dunning Primary School provides a middle leadership opportunity for any dedicated, ambitious and enthusiastic practitioner. Your main responsibilities will focus on ensuring inclusion for all pupils, as well as raising attainment and closing the attainment gap. This post includes a class teaching commitment. This leadership role will create opportunities for you, as the successful candidate to contribute to the identification and delivery of school priorities and improvement objectives. The Individual We are looking to appoint a motivated, dynamic and experienced individual with an excellent track record in Primary teaching. You will have a detailed knowledge and experience of the whole primary curriculum, and will confidently apply the principles of the curriculum for excellence within the classroom. As Principal Teacher, you will have the ability to work effectively, building relationships with partners, colleagues, parents, the wider community and other specialist agencies as appropriate. The ability to organise workload to meet deadlines is essential.
