Overview of Mortgage Role: The role is to support our customer journeys and provide the highest level of service through a breadth of decision making across multiple brands/channels/products, driving a simpler, more efficient and flexible approach for our customers. What does the day to day look like? Dealing with a broad range of customers, products and taking ownership of the client journey Making complex decisions based on clear overview of customer needs Build strong, sustainable relationships in line with business objectives Deliver a high standard of customer care throughout Work closely with key stakeholders in the business What do you need?
