Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Are you a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer with experience within a fast moving manufacturing environment? If yes, then please read on for more information on an exciting opportunity to undertake a 3 shift rotation based maintenance role for a fantastic employer in the area What you’ll be doing You’ll be reporting to the Engineering Manager and will be responsible for the Mechanical and Electrical maintenance and breakdown repair activities in order to ensure that all equipment in the factory process and packaging areas is operating to the required standard. Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer The Role & Responsibilities Attend machine breakdowns efficiently and provide effective measures to ensure issues are resolved Use continuous improvement techniques and best practice to improve machine efficiencies. Deliver and develop effective re-active maintenance, repairs & improvements Generate and complete work orders on the CMMS Participate in shift hand-overs and production meetings Help develop and implement effective PM schedules Support and achieve the engineering KPI’s Experience & Skills Multi-skilled automation skills on packing equipment or equivalent Excellent fault finding and route cause analysis skills Experience of working in a FMCG environment Comfortable in autonomous decision making and team working Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer And this is what you’ll get in return - A base salary of £37,000 which would then increase to £40,000 after probation - 25 days holiday 8 lieu days - Company pension - 4 x Death in Service You’ll be joining a business currently experiencing significant growth, which also offer fantastic progression opportunities.
