Overview

Active Staff are working with a nationwide company offering damage mitigation and restoration for domestic and commercial properties. Our team of technical operatives have many years’ specialist experience, knowledge and expertise in damage mitigation (fire and flood) and disaster recovery, which ensures we provide an excellent service to our clients. We are seeking to employ a Technician who offers high levels of workmanship and professionalism, someone who genuinely takes pride in exceeding expectations, have a great attitude, shows initiative and is not afraid of hard work whilst focusing on the small details within the overall bigger picture. Role requirements Ability to work safely in a disaster environment, adhering to company Health and Safety procedures. Initially and mainly storage warehouse based, you will be required to travel to site as you gain experience. Liaising with clients, both domestic and commercial, providing a high level of customer service. Contents restoration in the storage warehouse. Completing all relevant paperwork and documentation applicable to all works including time sheets. Actively learning skills and technical information from Technicians and Senior Technician. To maintain a clean working environment always, on all sites such as in the storage warehouse/workshops including all machinery and equipment. To liaise with the supervisor/s to identify tasks, materials required and all related information. Able to complete paperwork accurately and timely.
