Overview

District Nurse Location: Stockport Hours: Days, Full time Salary: £15ph - £24ph Are you an experienced Band 5 RGN who is passionate about supporting patients within the community? Are you driven, able to manage a caseload and confident in lone-working? If so, we have short and long term bookings available within the North-West NHS services You will be working within a rewarding area within the district nursing sector within already established teams You will be expected to carry out assessments of patients within their own homes. You will devise care and recovery plans whilst working within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the highest level of patient care is delivered. As a Band 5 Registered General Nurse, your goal will be to promote the safety and well-being of your patients; this can be a challenging role but is a truly rewarding one to see the difference you will make in supporting their recovery These opportunities are suited to those who prefer to work in a busy team whilst still being able to make fully assessed and thorough decisions.
