Job Purpose Whichever way a customer chooses to contact us in the modern world, you will be on hand to answer their queries and provide solutions. You will receive training to answer technical questions regarding our products. You will be the conduit between customers and our Field Service Teams, arranging appointments and planning delivery routes to offer a coordinated and seamless service. Main Duties and Key Responsibilities In contact with customers and being the voice of the business through Calls, Emails, Chats, Tweets; any way customers like. Working across multiple teams; Customer Services, Supply Chain, Finance and Field Operations. Support and coordinate Field Technicians to offer a joined-up service approach. Ensure stock arrives at the right place at the right time. Offer the high level of service synonymous with the Virgin brand. Diagnose faults and make judgements on the best course of action. Understand and talk through billing queries. Person Specification Have a passion for offering great service. Experience preferred, but not essential. We will be recruiting the mindset. Candidate looking for the Start-Up experience, where not everything is set in stone, giving you a chance to shine. Not deterred by barriers, be positive and look for solutions. Able to use MS Office to a high level. Able to communicate confidently and clearly, both verbally and written. A good sense of humour, fun to have in the team and unflappable style.
