Overview

Front Of House Manager / Client Services Manager role within prestigious corporate environment - salary to £72k plus bonus/benefits. This newly created Client Services Manager role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the reception, catering, AV, switchboard and more. Responsibilities Client Services Manager: Overall responsibility for the smooth running of the client facing and catering services to ensure the quality and delivery of the services are efficient, effective, and meet the needs of the business. Provide clear leadership, vision and direction to the Client Services and Catering teams Set strategy, goals and priorities that are in line with the Firm's global strategy including objective setting for direct line reports Ensure the effective management of Client Services team. Responsible for recruitment, on-the-job coaching, performance reviews, people management processes, career development and progression for direct line reports. Consistently review practices to ensure an exceptional standard of operation, and be proactive in the improvement of processes to adapt to the changing needs of the business and market trends. Proactively develop professional relationships with partners and key stakeholders, having a sound understanding of their needs. Deliver a service and product appropriate for their requirements. Proactively search for new and innovative ways to improve the client experience. Ensure the management and smooth running of functions and events in the client areas and off-site as required. Assisting with planning as needed. Ensure the effective delivery of AV and VC services, ensuring that all relevant staff are appropriately trained in delivering and supporting all technologies. Contribute to the development of the Office Operations culture. Comply with risk management obligations and responsibilities in accordance with the requirements for this role as set out on the intranet. Comply with all relevant workplace health and safety obligations and responsibilities in accordance with the firm’s policies. Management of the outsourced Catering contract, ensuring the highest level of service for both staff feeding and hospitality and effective management of the associated budget Lead the Client Services teams to provide an environment where cohesive, solution orientated teamwork and delivery is paramount, ensuring the highest levels of service are delivered by the Reception, Reservations, AV and Switchboard teams.
