Busy Distribution Centre in Avonmouth seeking new Team Manager Your new company You will be working for a well-known and successful retail brand, working in their busy distribution centre situated in Avonmouth, Bristol. You will join a friendly and down to earth team, reporting into the Shift Manager. Your new role You will assist in the running of the warehouse through management of team leaders and the implementation of SOPs. You will utilise the site's WMS tools to create regular reports and ensure productivity at all times. You will manage the various team leaders, making sure they are motivated and supported during their daily activities. What you'll need to succeed You will have experience of people management within a warehouse environment, with the ability to coach and develop others in your team. Excellent verbal and written communication is a must, as are planning and organisational skills. Good time management is essential as you will be working to tight deadlines.
