Warehouse Operative

Osborne Appointments are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative for our client based in Welwyn garden City Hours: Monday 9am – 4.30pm The Role: Unload heavy deliveries with forklift truck - receive in stock, check against delivery notes Work within a small warehouse team Pick, pack and despatch of orders to go out to customers Correctly label goods for specific trade customer requirements Assist with packing and unpacking for events such as exhibitions and consumer shows Ensure all areas of the packing area and warehouse are kept in a safe and tidy condition at all times. Replenishing loose stock shelves from bulk pallets Process returns to stock The Candidate: You will have the following skills, experiences and attributes… Previous warehouse experience Able to undertake a physically demanding role Great accuracy and attention to detail, good numeracy skills Effective communicator with good standard of verbal and written English Self-motivated and pro-active with good organisational skills Counter balance licence is preferred First aid certificate an advantage Please call Charlotte on at Osborne Appointments if you are interested, or apply directly with your most recent CV.
