Picker afternoon shift

Interaction Recruitment is currently recruiting for warehouse operatives to start work on the 1st of December for one of our clients based in Kettering. This a temporary to permanent role for the right candidates. It is working for a very well established Distribution Centre with on site parking and modern facilities for everyday use. The ideal candidate needs to be reliable and responsible with a great attention for detail. You will be required to work as a part of the team or on your own therefore successful candidate needs to be able to use their own initiative. Some of your everyday duties will be: working within picking department, use of hand held scanners, packing and rework, responsible for general housekeeping, quality checks. Experience within picking department would be an advantage, as you will be asked to hit certain targets each day to ensure smooth operation of the warehouse department, and to ensure delivery of products to clients within times scale. You will be required to work 4 shifts on 2 off. Hours of work are 7:15am-4pm. We require full flexibility as you will be required to work weekends.
