Overview

Do you have experience in scheduling contractors and coordinating operations? If so then I have just the role for you I am recruiting for a Scheduler to join a market leading business based in Milton Keynes. You will be working within a friendly, fast paced operations team that is growing and supporting the business with the business functions. The Role Scheduling and building working relationships with sub-contractors Communicating any transport or on-site issues Following up on site snagging issues to completion Raise Purchase Orders for contractors and suppliers Negotiating the best prices from sub-contractors Liaise with several departments Supporting with operational projects on an ad-hoc basis Updating the in-house systems with information gained on the job General admin and customer services duties The Candidate Scheduling experience Understanding of construction and facilities Excellent communication and rapport building skills Experience of working with different CRM systems Ability to work in a fast paced, highly pressurised environment Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills Able to work as part of a small team Please note that no terminology in this advert is intended to discriminate on the grounds of a person's gender, marital status, race, religion, colour, age, disability or sexual orientation.
