Overview
SF Commercial is excited to be working with an awarding winning company in heart of Leicester. They are a successful and ever growing exciting organisation who is currently seeking Graduate Customer Service to join their company. You will be working Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and is temporary with the view to becoming permanent after a successful probation period. Working alongside a successful and growing team and your role will involve dealing with personal and business customers, managing and providing excellent customer service. The Role - Dealing with customer service calls and emails. - Responding to customer issues via webchat - Manage complex customer service queries from start to finish - Calculate income and complete income and expenditure put together payment plans - Gathering and collating information from customers and internal departments - Keep customers up to date at all times - Deal with complaints in an effective and professional manner You may at times have to handle difficult conversations and complaints whilst always providing excellent customer service to get the best resolution for the customer. Your overall goal is to follow the ethos of the company in always putting the customer first and getting them the best outcome possible. To be considered for this role the client are looking for bright, enthusiastic and positive people who want to make a real difference for the customer. You will need to be empathetic and understanding along with a business mind to get the best deal and outcome for the customer.
