Carrier Performance Co-ordinator

The Carrier Performance Management function is pivotal to the success of the Capita Networking Solutions WAN business. The function encompasses the performance management of the carriers (telecommunication service providers) used to deliver WAN services for CNS. The Carrier Performance Co-ordinator will be responsible for the effective production/management of reporting and Management Information (MI) to provide performance insights from our carrier relationships. The role will provide a central point for the recording and consolidation of performance reporting in relation to our carriers. A strong candidate is sought to undertake this key role within CNS. Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly carrier performance reports. Produce monthly dashboards and balanced scorecards for carrier performance. Consolidate monthly SLG/Compensation reports. Develop reporting processes to ensure the timely supply of reports to agreed timelines. Work with the Carrier Performance Manager to understand and assist with the tracking of all performance statistics. Liaise with internal stakeholder groups (e.g. Procurement, Finance, Operations) to ensure the efficient sharing of data and reports. Monitor and manage reporting feeds from carriers to ensure reporting data is provided in a consistent format to allow efficient production of internal reports. Proven track record of production and co-ordination of Management Information reporting. Experience working with various Telcos/carriers. Experience working in IT or Telecoms industries. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Very thorough and organised person. Experience of maintaining a continuous improvement approach and mindset. Highly organised with the ability to multi-task in a fast moving and complex environment.
