Overview
An exciting permanent Senior Field Engineer position with a rapidly growing business in Sheffield. Your new company A market leading services provider looking to add to their team due to a period of significant growth. Your new role In your new role you will be working as part of a team providing IT support and professional services. Building on this, you will troubleshoot and resolve IT issues whilst also designing, implementing and coordinating new solution delivery. Moreover, you will be trusted to provide excellent customer service alongside planning and co-coordinating projects in a fast paced environment. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role you will need a strong understanding of network, storage and virtualisation technologies.Furthermore, you will have working knowledge of Microsoft Technologies including Office 365 alongside a familiarity with networking, firewalls and switches. Finally Hyper-V knowledge is essential and proven experience in a similar role strongly advantageous.
