Income Recovery Specialist

Vacancy: Income Recovery Specialist Location: Glasgow Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 Hours of work: 8.30am - 5.30pm We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Income Recovery Specialist. This is a permanent position working Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm. The Role - Income Recovery Specialist Negotiate, implement and monitor feasible repayment solutions Handle incoming calls, letters, emails relating to income recovery Build relationships with clients through regular contact Validate, understand and resolve breaches of agreements with customer Instructing, liaising and monitoring third parties such as debt collection agencies and solicitors to ensure the best outcome is achieved Adhering to compliance procedures, ensuring legislation is followed Updating databases and systems in order to keep accurate record of activity Working to strict deadlines in all aspects of income recovery Working to performance targets The Ideal Candidate We are seeking a self motivated, hard working individual to join our client's existing team. The successful candidate must have previous experience within income recovery ideally in the property factor sector. Proficient understanding of Title Deeds for properties Ability to submit "Simple Procedure" registration at court Knowledge of Registers of Scotland procedure to register Notice of Potential Liability Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to deal with difficult customers and complex cases A team player that can build and maintain strong working relationships Ability to work to tight deadlines A good understanding of debt recovery is essential Knowledge and experience of MS Word, Excel and Outlook Demonstrate an understanding of the Scottish Court procedures If you are interested in finding out more about this role then please apply by clicking the apply button and be sure to attach your must up to date CV.
