The Company A well-established approved manufacturer of corrugated and retail ready packaging to all major retailers throughout the UK are looking to recruit a Corrugator Manager. They provide their customers with a solution sell from concept through to design, manufacture and distribution. This company enjoys ISO9000 and BRC accreditation. Location: Manchester Job Summary This role will have the primary responsibility for ensuring that the company’s Shift Production in its Packaging manufacturing areas produce exceptional quality packaging products to the very highest standard whilst minimizing production costs and working to strict Health and Safety procedures. The successful candidate will:- Have experience within the Corrugated Packaging Industry Will be responsible for up to 2 Shift Supervisors, providing information, support and guidance. Have experience with continues improvement Experience of managing high volume operational teams Track record of leading high level performance teams Successful track record of delivering effective problem resolutions Responsible for ensuring the smooth running and efficiently of the print operation.
