Overview
Receptionist/ Administrator Full time/ Permanent Northampton, Brackmills Salary up to £18,000 Monday - Friday (8am - 4:30pm) My client is looking for an established customer service and administration professional. On a daily basis you will be representing the company by speaking with customers, third party stakeholders, internal colleagues and on occasional the general public. However, this role is mainly business to business calls, an excellent telephone manner, good problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box is essential. Working for a medium sized team in a busy office based in Brackmills Industrial Estate, Northampton. As a Receptionist/ Administrator your key responsibilities will consist of the following: Answering calls quickly and efficiently The first point of contact for meeting and greeting Follow company procedure when taking telephone or visitor inquiries, capturing all relevant details Manage switchboard, general inquiries, telephone and reception emails Supporting our Customer Service team Occasionally support annual leave. Assist in meetings by recording minutes and distribution to all participants in a timely manner The Receptionist/ Administrator will need to have: Efficient and punctual Ability to communicate at all levels Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential Excellent customer service skills Excellent organisation, verbal and written skills If you feel you have the right experience, we are moving quickly so would love to hear from you today.
