Overview
Are you and experience Development Engineer with a background of functional test programming using Labview and seeking a new a new Challenge The main function of the role will be the design and development of electronic test applications for functional testing which will include testing of hardware and software Program testing using LabView Commissioning of Test Applications. Project Management to ensure R&D, Design and development of electronic test applications for functional test Define approach, document and scope for each project. Test Program Generation using Labview, Teststand (NI) Commissioning of test applications on-site Assist with proposals and specifications for bids We are seeking a Development Engineer ideally educated to degree level in electrical/electronic engineering with a background in electronic development environment. Knowledge of Instrumentation such as PXI, LXI, GPIB Development equipment interfaces, test system architecture and electro-mechanical engineering Working knowledge of NI software tools such as Labview, TestStand to produce functional test programmes. Project Management and customer facing skills Hold security (SC) clearance or agreeable and eligible to obtain required level of SC Driving Licence Apply with your most current CV and contact number and I will call to discuss in more detail
