Your role would be to support the Business Partners in their goal to develop and implement an effective Recruitment process and onboarding experience. Interested? Read on The HR Division of SF Recruitment are recruiting for a Temporary Recruitment Coordianator based in Leicester. This is a temporary role and our client is looking for the right candidate to start straight away. This role is paying £12ph. Key responsibilities of the role are to: Assist in all aspects of recruitment, selection and on-boarding to include the following:- - Arranging and attending regular meetings with hiring managers within division, to discuss requirements ensuring good communications, transparency, accuracy and demand - Advertising vacancies on the appropriate platforms internally & externally - Supporting hiring managers with their recruitment journey and advising them on best practice - Supporting managers with shortlisting when required - Giving advice and support on recruitment processes, systems and policies, referring queries to the HR Business Partner where necessary - Managing generic recruitment mailbox - Scheduling interviews with candidates and managers, including room booking - Arrange and attend assessment centres when required - Liaise with corporate Communications team in relation to recruitment fairs - Ensuring compliance of recruitment in line with process, procedure and audit measures - Ensuring a fair and consistent recruitment process is carried out throughout the recruitment and on-boarding life cycle - Ensuring regular contact is maintained with candidates in relation to their application / interview - Preparation of interview packs for interview panel - Preparing offer packs ready for on boarding to process - Assisting Resource Administrator with the on-boarding process - Development of good working relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring requests for information and queries are responded to in a timely fashion - Ensuring that confidentiality and data protection legislation is fully complied with at all times - Updating and maintaining recruitment trackers and all other recruitment systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times General duties: - Supporting the HR team with general HR queries and projects - Taking calls and queries from managers and staff, by e-mail, phone or in person in respect of general HR queries and providing accurate / timely responses - Generation of general correspondence, including letters, minutes and reports - Filing, photocopying and general administration duties as required - Driving license is essential, in order to support local sites around Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland To be considered for the Recruitment Coordinator position: - Previous experience in an administrative focused role preferably within recruitment and HR - Previous experience working with a HR information system or other mechanism of recovering data sets. - Familiarity with the ISO compliance procedure - Previous experience of compliance management, recruitment and administration is essential. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Organisational skills with a methodical approach - Ability to work alone and within a team - Attention to detail/ accuracy - Comfortable working in fast paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office packages - Quick learner and be astute To apply for this position please either apply online or contact Marie on Whilst we'd like to get back to every applicant, it isn't always possible.
