Junior Sous chef required for a country house hotel in the Cotswolds. The hotel has a regular customer base and is looking for a sous chef to join the team. Junior Sous chef £25-26k, live in, fresh food. The role We are looking for a junior sous chef to support the sous chef and head chef in the running of the kitchen. You will ensure each section is ready for service, you will support the head chef with food ordering and overseeing the kitchen. You will also run a key section in the kitchen. This role will include all the normal duties of a junior sous chef duties.
