Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum plus tips/bonus and overtime

Overview

Our client has a s tunning property in the heart of Surrey, they are currently looking to recruit a strong Chef de Partie to support their Brasserie function after a major refurbishment has been completed over the last 12 months. We are looking for somebody to come onboard and support a team of 10 chefs within the brasserie function, that normally has over 90/100 covers at its busiest. You will be professional and passionate about cookery, relish working within a fast paced environment and have experience in a similar position. You will have creative flair and will be committed to expanding your existing skill set under the wings of the most professional chefs in hospitality. Our desirable candidate has charisma, character and thrives in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Rosette kitchen previously as Chef de Partie. Our Chef de Partie will have experience in a variety of sections. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, thrive in a busy working environment and have the ability to work on own initiative and calmly when under pressure.
