Snr CDP/Jnr Sous Chef Berkhamsted - Buckinghamshire Up to £26k tips Sous chef needed for a lovely independent gastro pub based in Berkhamsted, Buckinghamshire. They cook using fresh, seasonal produce in a homely environment. The menus are mainly British cuisine, but they do it well and have earned an excellent repertoire in the area. It's a small team, working together to cater for 100 covers. You need to be a Snr CDP from a larger establishment, or Sous Chef level from a similar sized outlet to ideally be suitable for this role.
