The successful Assistant Manager will come from a similar background, and must be able to demonstrate delivery of quality at volume, as well as being the perfect wedding host. This is the ideal role for a strong Supervisor looking for a first managerial role or someone who is already a Duty Manager , looking to polish their skills.
