Overview
Experienced Senior Sous Chef required for a stunning restaurant located in Wigan. Our client has a rare and exciting opportunity within their senior kitchen team which is not to be missed out on. The successful candidate will have previous experience working at Sous Chef level within a high volume establishment, producing excellent quality dishes You will have excellent management skills, being able to lead and direct the kitchen team, as well as having the ability to take control of the kitchen operation in the Head Chefs absence. You will have a great understanding of COSHH, HACCAP and Food Hygiene. You will hold a current Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate as well as being NVQ trained. This is a hands on role and requires a strong, enthusiastic and passionate candidate to succeed in this role. This is a full time permanent position, 48 hour contact.
