You will be good at managing staff and customers with a high ability and will enjoy working in the hospitality industry. You will have a great eye for detail work well under pressure and have experience in working in a volume led environment. You will be part of a great management team who have a passion for high standards and excellent customer service. Duties Will Include: Manage day-to-day running of the hotel including all departmental issues that may arise. To manage any weddings and functions when required to do so. Manage staffing and reduce any unnecessary spending. To handle any guest complaints or problems promptly and to ensure that all resolved and unresolved problems are reported to the other management team. The Successful Duty Manager Will: Have a positive 'can-do' attitude Have a friendly outgoing personality Be committed to the role on a permanent basis. Be capable of working proactively and individually. Be capable of working under pressure. Be capable of working with cash to comply with the hotel policy regarding float and safe procedures. Show willingness to be flexible at all times in assisting other departments within the hotel, as the needs of the business dictate. Have high personal hygiene standards and a can-do attitude.
