Overview
Software Test Manager I am looking to speak to senior software testers or test managers who can establish both manual and automated tests procedure for an established but ambitious software engineering house that sees offering a full spectrum of inhouse software services as a key differentiator with their high integrity engineering customers. Delivering software into the aerospace, rail, defence and medical industries, this software house is now wanting to offer testing as part of its service and requires an individual to come and set things up. At roughly 30-40 staff, the client is big enough to be considered established but small enough to allow for dynamic individuals to come in and make their mark. The successful candidate will have experience in software testing at various levels and have proven exposure to testing automation. They will have worked on software for related industries such as aerospace, engineering, rail, defence, space etc and will also be able to demonstrate where they have made procedural change within their employer.
